What was that about POC being mean to all the white people and ignoring all the Brown folks participating in OWS?

Except… how old is this? Where is the information from? Have you actually read the General Assembly policies on giving marginalized people access to being heard? 

This is not a challenge- I legit wonder. Because I have seen this thing circulating for over a month now and I never understood who the census bureau was at OWS.
